Olive oil Kabola

The oil is produced from an old domestic olive variety Istarska Bjelica (70%) mixed with Leccino and Pendolino (30%).
Olive fruits are handpicked and processed the same day by cold extraction procedure.

The oil is decanted in a natural way and is preserved in stainless steel barrels.Olive oil Kabola, golden green in colour, with the scent and taste like fresh olives and grass, is of medium bitterness and spicy taste.

It is very harmonic and nicely rounded. Because of its freshness and lasting scent it combines perfectly with fish, raw scampi, cold appetizers of the Istrian region (Istrian ham, sheep's milk cheese) and it is especially notable with all kinds of salads.
